The Northwest Arkansas (AR) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated cordially invites you to "Social Justice and Artistic Expression: Pathways to Manage Stress and Mental Health for Our Youth" on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm CST | 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm EST. We will have a virtual tour of the Nick Cave: Until exhibit at the Momentary Museum with commentary by Lauren Haynes, Curator of Contemporary Art, Crystal Bridges and Momentary Museums.

Immediately following the virtual tour, we will have a panel discussion moderated by Tony Waller, Vice President of Constituent Relations & Racial Equity at Walmart and an avid collector of African American art.

Panelists:

  • Dr. Gail Mattox, Department Chair and Professor of Psychiatry, Morehouse School of Medicine
  • Steven Prince, Director of Engagement and Distinguished Artist in Residence at the Muscarelle Museum, William and Mary College
  • Dr. Kelli Morgan, Independent Curator, Author, Educator and Race Art Historian

All parents and youth are welcome to attend. Please join the Zoom session 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. We will begin the program promptly at 7:00 pm CST | 8:00 pm EST.
